Owned, managed and designed by Liliana Cianci, expertise in cakes, bread and pastries are self-evident in all her creations. Italian flavors and tastes are a specialty but a wide range of offerings are available
Our recipe for success is the foundation of using the freshest, seasonal ingredients to develop the deepest flavor profiles. Using a variety of flours allows diversity of texture and variations in density. Homemade fondant is one of her signature touches. All organic products ensure the highest quality.
All cakes and pastries are considered collaborations with our clients and we work together to customize results that offer a wide variety of options both visually and for the taste buds! We are happy to provide extensive choices that cater to allergies as well as gluten-free options. We use minimal sugar without sacrificing flavor, which is paramount to us. Healthier substitutions like honey, agave and maple syrup flavorfully enhance many recipes.
